Buyers

Unlike many Practice Brokers, there is NO charge to the buyers. We do ask if we have helped you and you are pleased with our services that you will complete a testimonial.

Sellers

Doctors’ Choice Southeast can assist you with both the Real Estate (if involved) and the practice. The nominal brokerage fee is 6% of the Real Estate and no more than 10% on the practice and equipment. (Industry Standard)

Associates

Doctors’ Choice Southeast can assist you in placement. There is no charge.
